The Supreme Court is scheduled to hear arguments regarding this case on January 10. The law in question, enacted by Congress in April, stipulates that ByteDance must sell TikTok to an American entity by January 19 or face an outright ban. TikTok, along with ByteDance, has actively sought to have the law declared unconstitutional, arguing that it unjustly targets the platform.
