Social media activist, VeryDarkMan (VDM), recently issued a scathing rebuke to the youth of Benue State, accusing them of complicity in their own exploitation by politicians amidst pervasive insecurity. His remarks, made during an Instagram Live session reflecting on his visit to Benue, minced no words.
VDM’s powerful message highlighted a disturbing trend: politicians allegedly manipulating young people for their own agendas, only to abandon or even harm them once elections are over. He passionately urged the youth to resist becoming tools in political machinations, especially as the volatile December period approaches, historically a time of heightened tensions and potential violence in regions like Benue, Nasarawa, and Jos.
