The assurance comes after Savage filed a petition in January 2024, alleging threats from Davido. The dispute reportedly originated from Savage’s social media post featuring Sophia Momodu, Davido’s first baby mama, amidst a child custody dispute.
In a recent interview on The Breakfast Club, Tiwa Savage addressed the situation, emphasizing her continued affection and respect for Davido. “I haven’t spoken to Davido, but I do want you to know that I love you and I would never betray you or take side,” she stated, seeking to reassure him of her steadfast support. This declaration signals a potential move towards reconciliation between the two prominent figures in the Nigerian music scene.
