Chelsea Supporters Demand Premier League Inquiry into Boehly’s Ticket Resale Link.

The Chelsea Supporters Trust (CST) has formally requested that the Premier League investigate a potential conflict of interest involving Chelsea co-owner, Todd Boehly, and the ticket resale website, Vivid Seats. In an open letter addressed to Premier League CEO Richard Masters, the CST highlights Boehly’s position on the board of directors of Vivid Seats, a platform the Premier League itself identifies as an “unauthorised ticket website.”
The CST statement emphasizes that Vivid Seats actively lists Premier League tickets at inflated prices, directly contravening Chelsea FC’s ticketing policy and undermining efforts to combat ticket touting. The Trust deems Boehly’s association with the website a “breach of trust” and a “clear conflict of interest,” urging the Premier League to take action and initiate a thorough investigation into the matter. The league has yet to respond publicly to the CST’s request.

Ronaldo Apologizes to Neymar Over CBF President Comments.

Brazilian football icon Ronaldo de Lima has issued an apology to Neymar Jr. after publicly commenting on the latter’s perceived strained relationship with the Brazilian Football Confederation (CBF) president, Ednaldo Rodrigues.
Ronaldo had previously stated on the Charla podcast that Neymar blamed Rodrigues for his ACL injury, alleging the injury was due to the poor pitch conditions in Cuiaba. These claims have now been retracted.
Taking to X (formerly Twitter), Ronaldo wrote: “I would like to apologize to @neymarjr for having spoken about his relationship with the president of the CBF. As a former player, I know how badly told stories can harm us. I also know how much his talent can make a difference in the Brazilian National Team. That’s why I support him!”
The apology underscores the sensitivity surrounding player-federation relations and highlights the potential impact of unsubstantiated claims on both individuals and the national team. Ronaldo’s move aims to rectify any potential damage caused by his earlier remarks.
