The recent disqualification of Faith from Big Brother Naija Season 10 continues to reverberate through the reality television landscape. Sultana, a fellow finalist in the competition, has publicly addressed the situation, offering her perspective on the events that led to Faith’s departure.

In a recent interview with Arise TV, Sultana conveyed a sense of sadness regarding the disqualification. While acknowledging the unfortunate nature of the situation, she conceded that Faith’s actions ultimately necessitated Big Brother’s intervention. “I didn’t feel good about it, I’m not going to lie,” Sultana stated. “But at the end of the day, he did something and it went out of hand, and at the end of the day he paid the price. But then overall, I wasn’t happy about it.”

Faith’s disqualification stemmed from a physical altercation that transpired during a rehearsal for a skincare task. Tensions reportedly flared following Sultana’s accusation that Faith was attempting to exert undue control over the group’s efforts, despite lacking specific expertise in the relevant area. The situation escalated when Faith, in a moment of frustration, dragged a basket containing group materials, resulting in Sultana falling and twisting her ankle. Sultana also reported sustaining an injury to her hand during the incident. The culmination of these events led Big Brother to the decision to disqualify Faith from the remainder of the season.

Sultana’s statement offers a glimpse into the complex dynamics and pressures inherent in the Big Brother Naija environment. While acknowledging the gravity of Faith’s actions and the subsequent consequences, Sultana’s remarks also reflect a degree of empathy for her fellow housemate. The incident serves as a reminder of the importance of maintaining composure and adhering to the established rules of the competition, even amidst heightened emotions and competitive pressures.
