Timaya Voices Concerns Over Farmland Destruction in Bayelsa.
Nigerian Afrobeats artist, Timaya, has publicly addressed the issue of farmland destruction attributed to herdsmen in his home state of Bayelsa. Via a recent post on 𝕏, the “Dem Mama” singer appealed to the government to intervene, lamenting the “sad” situation and urging herdsmen to adopt ranching practices.
In related news, Timaya has also discussed his reasons for remaining unmarried despite his professional success. In a recent interview, he cited a desire for freedom and an aversion to stress as primary factors, although he acknowledged the possibility of marriage in the future. He emphasized the importance of communication and honesty in relationships and maintains a close relationship with his children, who reside with their respective mothers.
