This acknowledgment came after Trump directed the U.S. military to lift a hold on the provision of 2,000-pound bombs to Israel, which had been imposed during President Joe Biden’s administration.

During a conversation with reporters aboard Air Force One, Trump confirmed the release of the munitions, stating, “We released them. We released them today. And they will have them. They paid for them and they’ve been waiting for them for a long time. They have been in storage.”

In response, Netanyahu took to social media platform X, expressing appreciation for Trump’s commitment to ensuring Israel has the necessary tools to confront its adversaries and work towards a future characterized by peace and prosperity.
